Episode 26 - Mer-babes and Gar-gurls 08.08.2024

The Mooney’s get myth-y with it. Hannah sings a siren song with a deep dive on mermaids (feat backup vocals by Missy) and still can’t say abdomen. Missy spouts off some stone-hard facts about gargoyles. The chat is magic, mediaeval, fishy and grotesque - what more could you ask for?

Episode 25 - And it burns, burns, burns, this runner's stitch 01.08.2024

Missy gives her hot take on the the Olympic Torch Relay while Hannah-coluthon (a word Missy made up) weaves together a tale about runner’s stitch - the burning, stabbing pain kind, not the sewing kind. We are a cauldron of chaos and just like the Olympic flame, our passion for singing badly cannot be extinguished.

Episode 24 - Alchemy and blow horns 25.07.2024

Your favourite dummies are back. We’re talking heads, shoulders, knees, toes and running with the same arm and leg. Ever wondered when, why, and where mannequins were invented? Neither, but here you go.

Episode 21 - Freeze your brain and leave the light on 04.07.2024

Ghost lights, brain freeze, Hannah and Missy getting way too intense and having a little fight about efficiency - this episode has it all. It’s illuminating. It’s frosty. It’s straight up the episode no one asked for. Yet, here we are. Get amongst it, because you are kind, you are smart, and you are important!

Episode 20 - The musical episode feat a side of biology and astronomy 27.06.2024

Hey, hey! We made it to the shortest day. Hannah han-splains daylight savings and Missy talks twin-handedness. This episode gets righty-fighty because Missy throws shade on tunes on a run. But we also get lefty-loosey-goosey and sing waaaay to much.

Episode 19 - Missy Munter and Hazard Hooney 20.06.2024

This week's episode is the one you didn’t know you were weighting for. No pressure, but Missy gets heavy and gets under some of the benefits of weighted blankets. Hannah changes pace and offers a speedy yet scintillating overview of roller derby. It’s a blast, it’s a riot, it’s a jam. So come on, get your skates on and get this in your ear holes!

Episode 18 - I’m warbling late, cause I’m singer 13.06.2024

What do autobiographies and dishwashers have in common? Nothing. But you can tell a lot about a person by how they load the dishwasher. This week it’s a how-to episode in which Missy tells you how to load your dishwasher and Hannah lays down the steps to writing an autobiography.

Episode 16 - The one where the audio quality is average 30.05.2024

Balloons on the gate, the quintessential (and perhaps universal?) party signal. This week’s episode is out the gate. Hannah can’t read and Missy’s mic stuffs up. Episode 15 - We can do hard things 23.05.2024

Episode 10 - 24hr runs: A whale of a time 18.04.2024

Missy has a whale of a time telling Hannah about Wādī al-Hītān: a valley located in the Sahara Desert where hundreds of fossils were found, including super old whales with legs!
