Specialist Allen Donohoe, leaves us with some important advice! Take every Resource that you can get while transitioning out of the military because that is a process that he did not take advantage of but now he is on a straightened arrow and taking care of his benefits.

First Sergeant Sheila bounds Hall, talked about how important it is to do your research on what you are trying to be compensate for and to have your Is medical records up-to-date before getting out of the military.

First Sergeant Harold Hall Emphasized on having a Support mechanism in place while transitioning would make the move a lot more smooth while becoming a civilian. And having Confidence as a leader Is one the characteristics one should have in a leadership position.

Staff Sergeant Antonio Acosta takes us through has process of transition from military life to civilian life. He also talks about how he Copes with the things he has been through while serving this country.

Staff Sergeant Gary O'Hair, talks about how important it is to have respect for yourself and the people that you are leading. One of the Army Corp Values Respect- Treat people as they should be treated!

Specialist Brandon Jackson  Left one of the most uplifting messages at the end of our interview (Be  Color blind)  Never look at a person for the color of their skin. Always look at someone for what's on the inside.

In closing, the First Sergeant ROD emphasizes on embracing the suck no matter what we go through in life; just find some way to come out of your situation with some type of lesson.
