When adversity comes, where do you turn to? I can turn to the Lord in prayer and trust in Him. I can do this because in good times and bad times, I depend/trust in the Lord. My dependence on Jesus starts and is maintained through a personal relationship with Jesus. Whatever the situation is, talk to Jesus, He will work it out according to His will and His time.

You may have heard the phrase "my way or the highway. " Listening to my own counsel or others have put me on a highway leading me into all kinds of situations. However, to God be the Glory. when my ears are tuned to His voice, I find myself on the highway to heaven, led by the Holy Spirit and the light of Jesus.

Praise God, the "Great I Am," extends His loving hands of deliverance, offering salvation that destroys pride.

The wages of sin is death, though life is taken at that very second, I am dying daily because sin separates from Jesus.
