In the 2nd commandment of the 10 we are warned of the dangers of worshipping presidential candidates as a God. The One doesn’t make up stuff and tell lies just to get elected. Don’t worship your presidential candidate as a God!

The 6th commandment forbids murder. Killing is another matter. Understand the distinction. Killing In Combat is not violate the 6th commandment!

How you treat your parents is how your children will treat you! Honor does not mean doing what ever they saw. Listen to what “honor” actually means.

The command in Hebrew Scriptures is “You shall not murder”. The word kill crept in when the Latin was translated into English. This is not the only place were a mistranslation changes the meaning of the text. Use a new modem translation.

Posting signs rarely if ever changes human behavior. And students has never been charged with signs. Living the values and ideals that you want students to emulate is the only way that works. Politicians are you violating the Seventh Commandment?

The is a website dedicated to violating the 7th commandment. With over 60 million subscribers worldwide they vacillate this violation. If a past and possibly the next president of the United States has violated this and other commandments why put the 10 in schools? Politicians regularly violate the 7th commandment.

Making the world a better place means doing unto others as you would like others to do to you. Or the reverse that which is hateful to you do not do to others. Do you really want me to treat you the way you treat others?

The 10 Commandments provide us with a way to evaluate politicians. Don’t compare what they say, compare their actions to the 10. Which presidential candidate has violated the most commandments?

The spiritual and the material can be united. With moral political leadership Heaven and Earth can be fused. But this will never happen until both political parties give us candidates who follow the Ten Commandments. Stop being a political cult follower

Politicians are in favor of posting the 10 commandments in schools and other buildings. I agree as long as we post the times that they violated them. Politicians and the Ten Commandments

Judaism does not have a central authority that can declare who is Jewish and who isn’t. Nor is there anyone who can declare what is Jewish and what isn’t. The Jewish Community decides what is Jewish

You and I can choose to do a lot of different things, but should we? The same rule applies to politicians and government as well. It is not always a good idea to pass laws or make statements just because you can. Hamas sacrificed Palestinians for what?

Fear is a great tool to get a following. Politicians and clergy use it for power and control. Don’t become a victim of a fear-monger. Aliens are coming to get you!

Fear is all around us and when humans lived in the wilderness fear kept us alive. To stay safe now we need to monitor our fear. Our own fears are being used by clergy and politicians to control us. Muslims, Jews, and the Undocumented Are not to be feared

Getting the attention of your audience has been a challenge since Biblical days. In order to sell a product, get the vote, or teach you need people to listen to you. The Biblical Hebrew prophets used theatrics called performance art a technique that we see in every form of media. Getting our attention is an art!

To be a Zionist with a small “z” means being a spiritual, cultural zionist. From 1890 until 1907 Ahad Ha’Am fought against Herzl’s political Zionism. Ahad Ha’Am supported Arab nationalism and the establishment of a Palestine. You can’t have Jewish nationalism without Arab nationalism.

Judaism rests on God, Torah, and Israel, territorial expansion is not a basic value of Judaism. Reform Judaism has made support of Israel primary and ignored God and Torah. It is time to stop equating Judaism with unlimited support for Israel. Judaism includes God and Torah.

People who don’t belong to an organized religion are just as religious as those who do belong. Stop this NONES nonsense! Being religious is not about being a member of a club. You relate to the universe your way!

In the history of bad political ideas occupying captured territory or a country is at the top of list of bad ideas. Netanyahu and the Knesset have the opportunity not to make a really bad decision. How is the occupation of the West Bank going?

What is happening in the war in Gaza has become a disaster for both Israel and the Palestinians. It is not accomplishing except death and destruction. Listen to my alternative. End the war in Gaza!
