Welcoming Way
The Welcoming Way
Most of us think our suffering is because of what we experience, feel, or think. What's more painful though, is resisting our experience. When we resist what is happening, we can go into patterns of denial, repression, or unconscious reaction. This podcast, based on The Sedona Method (Sedona.com), is a series of short mediations exploring some of the most commonly wish-to-be-avoided thoughts and feelings. By bringing attention, curiosity, and even acceptance to what is already happening, we can begin to become the peace we seek. For more resources, find us at WelcomingWay.com
