The Weekly Transit Astrology

This week we're working with seven transits, headlined by the Full Moon in Scorpio on May 1st and Mercury's transit into Taurus on May 2nd. There's a question moving beneath all of it: one that's asking us what we're afraid to say, and whether we'd say it if we could. (05:11) The Sun in Taurus Sextile the North Node Retrograde in Pisces 07° – April 25 – 28 (Saturday – Tuesd...

This week we move through ten transits, headlined by Uranus entering Gemini on April 25th, a threshold we haven't crossed since 1949. Venus crosses in two days before, Saturn enters its retrograde shadow in Aries, and the question we've been sitting with all year deepens: who am I? We close with the Substack essay "The Revolution of the Mind", a look back at the last three Uranus...

This week we're covering nine transits, headlined by Mercury into Aries, the New Moon in Aries, and the Sun moving into Taurus. But the question running underneath all of it is one we've been circling for years: do we actually know who we are? And if we do, do we have the courage to be that person? (05:24) Venus in Taurus Sextile Jupiter in Cancer 16° (13:05) Mercury in Pisces Sextile Uran...

Mars is coming home this week and whether that feels like freedom or a lightning bolt depends entirely on the work we've been doing. Seven transits are on the table, headlined by the god of war entering the sign it rules. But before we get there, the universe has something to say and it's coming through in the most unexpected place. (13:34) Venus in Taurus Sextile North Node Retrograde in...

This week, the planets are asking us one question — do you feel valued? And are you doing the valuing? We have five transits including two major highlights: Venus moves into Taurus and the Full Moon rises in Libra. The symphony is playing. Are you listening? (12:56) Venus in Taurus (20:26) Full Moon in Libra 12° (26:21) Mercury in Pisces Trine Jupiter in Cancer 15° (31:07) Venus in Taurus Square P...

This week we are living inside the Aries Stellium — five planets in the first sign of the zodiac, and every single transit this week is inside that fire. We're exploring the two sides of Aries: love and fear. What are you afraid of? Because wherever you find your fear, that's exactly where you need to show yourself more love. The gates aren't fully open yet — but we are in the starting...

This week we address the elephant in the room — and it turns out the planets have been circling it for three hundred years. Eight transits, highlighted by a New Moon in Pisces at the Cancer Degree, the Sun's move into Aries, and Mercury stationing Direct. What are we being asked to face? What are we being asked to dissolve? And who do we get to become on the other side? Get the Guide for Sa...

This week, we have six transits to navigate — and every single one of them is asking us the same question: do we have the courage to make peace with ourselves? From Jupiter stationing Direct in Cancer after months of retrograde, to Mars meeting the North Node in Pisces, to Mercury Retrograde shining a light on exactly where we've been hiding — this week doesn't let us look away. And just w...

Eight transits this week, highlighted by Mars entering Pisces, the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Virgo, and Venus transiting into Aries. We're diving deep into the unconscious this week — facing our demons, not to destroy them, but to love them. The Eclipse asks us to release a belief about our worth that we've been carrying since childhood. And as Venus shifts from Pisces into Aries, we'...

Five transits this week, highlighted by Mercury Retrograde in Pisces. The fantasy is visible — we can see what we want to build — but in order to bring it into reality, we have to face what's been fermenting in the dark. This week we're getting into the swamp, curling up in the fetal position, and recalibrating who we are. Three planets and the North Node in Pisces right now — is anyone el...

Six transits this week, highlighted by the New Moon Solar Eclipse in Aquarius, the Sun entering Pisces, and Saturn Conjunct Neptune at 0° Aries — the first time these two planets have met in Aries in 323 years. The Eclipse at 28° — the fifth consecutive New Moon at the Cancer degree — asks whether the groups you belong to hold space for who you're becoming or only for who you agreed to be when...

Seven transits this week, highlighted by Venus's entrance into Pisces and Saturn's transit into Aries — where it will remain for the next 26 months. Mercury's extended transit through Pisces produced three documents in 1836 — the Alamo letter, the Treaty of New Echota, and the gag rule — and Rosa Luxemburg's prophecy in 1914. Both configurations return simultaneously in 2026 for th...

Six transits this week, highlighted by Uranus stationing direct in Taurus and Mercury's entrance into Pisces—where it will remain through April 14th due to an upcoming retrograde. The week begins with supportive sextiles as Mercury and Venus in Aquarius each align with Chiron in Aries, inviting us to face our fears around recognition, belonging, and what we truly need from relationships. By we...

Neptune enters Aries this week, ending 14 years in Pisces. The god of dreams enters the domain of war. We explore what this shift demands — this is not an invitation but an eruption — alongside the rare five-planet alignment in Aquarius and its historical echoes across 1,200 years. Plus the Full Moon in Leo. (2:49) Five Planets in Aquarius: Historical Patterns (3:36) 811 CE: Three Empires Fracture...

Another 14-transit week as we shift from Capricorn season into Aquarius season. The Sun, Mercury, and Mars all enter Aquarius, joining Venus and Pluto to create a five-planet alignment in Aquarius — something we haven't seen since February 1791. Monday, January 19th is the epicenter, with six exact transits including the Saturn-Uranus sextile that's been building since late December. This...

This week we're covering 14 transits—highlighted by Venus entering Aquarius and the New Moon in Capricorn at 28°. I open with an extended look at how the Capricorn stellium is already speaking through the headlines: Maduro's capture, Greenland, Venezuela's oil reserves, and the pattern I traced in last week's Substack essay playing out in real time. Every 32 years, this stellium st...

The Sun, Venus, Mars, and Mercury are all transiting through Capricorn this week — something that hasn't happened since 1994. We're covering eight transits, highlighted by three major conjunctions: Sun-Venus, Venus-Mars, and Sun-Mars, all in the sign of structure, authority, and time. This is a week about getting back on the path, aligning what you love with how you're spending your ti...

Joy Woodward is back to walk us through the numerology of 2026. As we close out a nine year of releasing and reflection, we're entering a one year—a fresh cycle that will shape the next decade. Joy breaks down the energy of each month, explains how to find your personal year, and shares why what you do in October matters more than you might think. Joy also shares her predictions for AI, fashio...

This week, we cover seven transits—including Mercury entering Capricorn on January 1st, Chiron stationing direct in Aries, and a Full Moon in Cancer—as 2026 begins with rare alignment: Mars, the Sun, and Venus in Capricorn all forming sextiles to the North Node in Pisces. But first, a reflection on the Sean Combs documentary The Reckoning —not to pile on, but to sit with what it stirred up in me a...

This week brings only four transits—a rare reprieve after months of intensity. But before we get into Venus entering Capricorn and the rest, I need to sit with something. Two tragedies that hit close to home. Fatherhood. Family. The things we inherit and the things we choose to heal. A lighter week in the sky—but not a light episode. (12:05) Venus in Sagittarius Square Neptune in Pisces 29° – Dece...

This week we cover nine transits, highlighted by the New Moon in Sagittarius and the Sun's entrance into Capricorn on the Winter Solstice. I share personal reflections on my first week as a father and explore the theme of breaking cycles of familial trauma through two very different stories. First, Sylvester Stallone—whose father's jealousy wounded him deeply, and who has spoken openly abo...

Another massive week with 11 transits, highlighted by Mercury transiting into Sagittarius, Mars moving into Capricorn, and Neptune going direct in Pisces—the final stretch of Neptune in Pisces before it enters Aries in January. At long last, my Twins, have finally arrived—a boy and a girl—and with Gemini Rising along the horizon, no less, the Sign of the Twins. The experience taught me what I'...

A lighter week with six transits before things ramp up again. The fifth Grand Water Trine since October arrives—this time with Mercury in Scorpio joining Jupiter in Cancer and Saturn in Pisces. What began as conscious awareness (Mercury), then illumination (Sun), then reflection (Mercury retrograde), then feeling (Venus), now comes full circle: we're awake. The Full Moon in Gemini mid-week inv...

The transits keep coming: 10 this week, marking the third Grand Water Trine in three weeks. Jupiter in Cancer and Saturn in Pisces hold the anchor while Venus in Scorpio completes the pattern before moving into Sagittarius. Two weeks ago it was the Sun, last week Mercury retrograde—now Venus brings her own flavor to this water configuration. The week also marks two major stations: Saturn goes dire...

After a quieter stretch, the transits come roaring back—14 this week alone. Don't worry, we've got you covered. We're opening with the Grand Water Trine that closed last week and continues into this one: Sun in Scorpio, Jupiter in Cancer, Saturn in Pisces. Mercury will trace this same configuration later in the week as it retrogrades back through Scorpio. Meanwhile, Mercury begins the week in Sagi...
