The Weekly Scrap, Firefighter Podcast

Really excited to have Raymen Dorival on this episode of the scrap! Was an awesome discussion on what gets him fired up, and where he draws his energy from. Raymen got to share his thoughts on training, and motivation as well as an on the spot inspirational speech to close out the interview! Not to mention everything the audience had to say. Was an awesome Scrap!

Joined by Justyn Fraize to talk about mindset, attitude and motivation. Was a blast to pick his brain about preparation and his approach to training. As always the best part was what the audience threw at us along the way! Nothing but gold.

Joined by Chief Mo Davis of Houston Fire and was able to get him fired up and talking about all things fire! Topics included command, mindset, fireground strategy, tactics, training and my favorite... everything that the audience threw our way.  Chief Mo absolutely crushed every question!  Agree or disagree with him, you cannot doubt his passion!

Excited to have Julio Ramos on to talk about "Destiny Favoring the Prepared" among many other fire service topics. We discuss special operations, leadership, tactics and everything the audience threw our way!  Julio is a savant when it comes to saws for sure. Was an awesome Scrap!

Joined by Kevin Lewis of Twisted Truckie Training. Was an awesome conversation and a good time as we discussed Truck Operations and his love of all thing truck and tillers. Of course the audience had great questions as always, and then the 5 questions.

 Back from traveling and kicking November off right with none other than Chief Dave McGrail!
