US President Donald Trump has posted a video to his social media account showing former President, Barack Obama and the former First Lady, Michelle Obama depicted as monkeys. The video has prompted outrage online, with Democrats and commentators calling it "racist" and "vile".  Nick Harper reports from Washington.
