Craig speaks with Eric Lupher of the Citizens Research Council of Michigan about Ad Valorem Special Assessments.  Normally, they pay for infrastructure projects...but more and more places are using them to fund basic city services, while getting around the Headlee Amendment limits on taxation.  Is it right?  Is it fair?  We discuss it today.   

Craig speaks with Gregg Schwarz, a retired Supervisory Special Investigator with the FBI about his 30 year attempt to help Rick Wershe, aka "White Boy Rick".  Wershe was sentenced to life in prison without parole for drug dealing when he was still a teenager back in 1988.  Schwarz has been advocating for his release from prison for years, and says there is much to the story that has yet...
