This week, the John H. Watson Society had a whole lot of opinions about whether or not Watson had any enemies, which, due to a very busy weekend here at the Watsonian Weekly studio, winds up being most of the episode. But don't worry, bull pup Buck fans! You can listen to him first.

More talk of Holmes in the Heartland this episode, with some Sherlockian observations from Cindy Brown, one of the speakers at that conference. Bull pup Buck explains cigarettes, and a new discovery about Watson's own bull pup from . . . a Fox? All this and the usual Watson rambles, so call it: It's Watson time!

Buckle up, Watsonians, this one is not only three times the normal length, it's full of some very lively ideas as Ross Davies takes "Wondering About Watson" to all new heights, and we still take some time to talk to Steve Mason about an upcoming July evening. (And don't worry -- Paul's still here, too!)

Do you know who Dr. Lyndon Parker is? Well, if you don't we're going to explain it to you this week. And when we get done talking Praed (as in 7B Praed Street, where Parker lived), we might eventually get to our Watson's Word of the Week, "pride," but it's a long and winding road. Here we go!

The John H. Watson Society gathers to let us know what gifts they'd bring a pregnant Mrs. Watson at her baby shower, bull pup Buck tells where Watson got married, and bull pup Maddy asks Bruce Harris the five big questions all Watsonians must answer.

Three different famous writers about Sherlock Holmes get their birthday mentioned this week, and one of them is definitely still alive! Also, Vincent Wright, Sherlockiana's master chronologist, stops by for bull pup Maddy's Wondering About Watson intervew. 

This week, we celebrate the past weekend's Eurovision finals with a look into Watson fics, ridiculous limericks, and a John H. Watson Society discussion of Watson's birthday. Is this just the beginning of the "Eurusvision Limerick Contest" or a strange moment soon to be forgot? You just never know with the Watsonian Weekly!

It's an early review of Ken Ludwig's play Moriarty!  Of course, you have to deal with the rest of our podcast to get there, and our host is plainly not fully invested in the podcast at one point, but give it a listen anyway!

Reichenbach Day is coming and we have a little talk about that, an appropriate question for bull pup Buck, a fitting fic of the week, and bull pup Maddy interviews Naching Kassa about her Watson proclivities. Get to listening before Watson gets called back to the hotel for a sick patient!

The head office of the Watsonian Weekly is not entirely sure what is in this episode due to it being put together in the most rushed fashion possible. Danna Mancini should be heard from, and there might be something about Watson's childhood. Oh, and how does Watson's literary agent have wings before Red Bull started giving them out?  Let's all find out together, shall we?

We hear about Watson's relationship with local mice, moustache fic, Arthur Cadogan West, and then bull pup Maddy talks to John Sherwood about Watson for long enough that you might mistake us for another, more respected podcast. But as any good Watson fan knows, you're either going to gamble on the horse races or podcasts this week, so why not this one?

What historical figures was a Watson a true fan of? We might have an answer or two on that, including an amazing revelation about Watson and his Literary Agent that could set the Literary Agentean world on its ear! And, the most Watson-centric version of "Silver Blaze" you've ever heard.

This week bull pup Maddie rounds up Steve Mason for his thoughts on Watson, bull pup Buck looks at Watson as a cowboy, and all sorts of other silliness ensues. (Somebody may be feeling a little tuneful this episode.)

This week starts off with a report of a swamp-based organization who seems to need to love Watson a little more, gets to Watson's facial hair, and just generally wanders the Watsonian landscape in seach of news and mildly smutty reviews.

In an unusually short episode, not much happens.

We get to hear about "My Dear Watson," the modern dance adaptation by the Big Muddy Dance Company, bull pup Maddie sees what Derrick Belanger thinks about Watson, and some other things happen to still remind you that this isn't a podcast you should take seriously.

Wandering about the Watson landscape, we realize something about his bull pup, find out the truth about his relationship with Mrs. Hudson, touch on a scheme by his literary agent's son, and just mention the new editor of The Baker Street Journal, possibly just to get on his good side early. This week we take a break from all of our usual fare and just let Beth Gallego and Madeline Quinones talk about their week in New York celebrating Sherlock Holmes's birthday. A second podcast could be made just from all the glee we had to cut out of this recording, but trust us, there's still plenty to be had!

Typical busy-weekend, shorter episode with a really poor fill-in for one of our regulars, a new suggestion for Watson's date of birth, his opinion on a country he may or may not have lived in, and boys who like Freeman. Pot luck podcasting, as ever!
