Along the way, I’ve appeared on the show a couple of times as a walker, hosted hundreds of Q&A panels with TWD actors at conventions across the U.S., and eventually teamed up with my current co-host...

168: A Nightmare on Elm Street + Robert Englund 06.02.2015

We're sneaking one in under the wire before next week's mid-season premiere! And after having a great talk at Walker Stalker Con with horror icon Robert Englund, how could we not? Join me and special guest Merri as we talk about A Nightmare on Elm Street, one of my favorite classic 80's horror flicks. Then listen in as Mr. Englund goes in-depth about: Behind-the-scenes info on the making of the Ni...

167: Alien (1979) 21.01.2015

Or more accurately, on Skype everyone can barely hear you podcast. Apologies for the audio being a bit below par this week, but I know you'll still enjoy our lengthy, in-depth talk about Ridley Scott's 1979 Sci-Fi/Horror classic, Alien! Joined by special guest, sci-fi enthusiast and Walker Stalker AV wizard Stefan, we cover that movie, the latest news about TWD (including some significant new rumo...

165: Gremlins + Zach Galligan 18.12.2014

164: "Coda" (S5E8) 02.12.2014

Another controversial episode. Many of you didn't like the seemingly senselessness of that final moment. Join us along with special guest Pi'ilani to talk it over in-depth. Also, news, feedback, and a quick Comic Talk segment. This episode brought to you by Audible. Listen anytime, anyplace. Enjoy books in a whole new way. For a free audiobook, go to audiblepodcast.com/deadcast. Thanks for all of...

163: "Crossed" (S5E7) + Emily Kinney (Beth) 25.11.2014

I can't decide if it's more fun when Karen and I agree or disagree about an episode. This week we've got a lot of both as we talk about "Crossed." Also big thanks to Emily Kinney for joining me for an in-depth and longtime coming interview. We talk about her music, her thoughts on art, acting, and using emotion in your art and life, what it's like to smash a jar of lollipops against a man's head,...

162: Josh McDermitt (Eugene) 20.11.2014

A little bonus episode for you—a great, in-depth interview with non-scientist Josh McDermitt. We talk about: An interesting new (to me anyway) fact about how the zombie sounds are made for the show. How he gets into character. More about how much Eugene had thought out his "cure" and the cause of the zombie breakout. What it was like to film the emotional scene where Eugene finally admits he's "NO...

161: "Consumed" (S5E6) + Melissa Hutchison (Clementine) 18.11.2014

Hope you guys like dogs, because as I'm editing I'm noticing there's one barking in the background through most of this episode. Grrr. In addition to him, we're happy to have a couple other special guests this week—our old friend Doug from episodes long past, and our very favorite voice actress Melissa Hutchison, aka Clementine of Telltale's The Walking Dead! Join the four of us as we get in depth...

160: "Self Help" (S5E5) 11.11.2014

This week we got some backstory and some forward movement in the Abraham's Army camp. Yet another divisive episode, but Karen and I dug it (with a few caveats). We fill you in on that, plus some news and your feedback. And big thanks to Grace and Mr. Blahg for an especially meaty Comic Talk segment this week. You can hear them talk about The Walking Dead comic and other great indie comix on the Un...

157: "Strangers" (S5E2) 22.10.2014

This episode felt like a new start to me, and also had one of the most incredible scenes in the show's history. We have a lot to say about all of it, plus the latest news, Comic Talk from Grace and Mr. Blahg, tons of feedback from you guys, and more, MORE, MORE! (Just kidding, it's not that much more.) This episode is sponsored by: Fracture: Your favorite images printed in vivid color and ready to...

156: "No Sanctuary" (S5E1) + Andrew J. West (Gareth) 13.10.2014

Season five is upon us, and things more more "screwed" up than ever! Join us for an enlightening and fun talk with Andrew J West, who put in an amazing performance this episode as the cold-hearted-yet-complicated Gareth. Then settle in for our discussion of this action-packed premiere. We also bring you the latest news about TWD, the return of Gracie Lou and Mr. Blahg's Comic Talk section comparin...

154: Season Four Rewatch, Pt 1 26.09.2014

Great to be talking about episodes of The Walking Dead again! We had a lot of fun this ep covering S4 eps 1-8 in depth. 153: Tremors 10.09.2014

Wow, this episode was all over the place. Golden Girls, Weezer, giant underground mutant worms. Preschool. Drunk History. A little Walking Dead news for good measure. We had fun with it and hopefully you will too. I consider it a palate cleanser before we dive headfirst into all things Walking Dead next episode with part one of our Season 4 rewatch (recording on Sept 19). By the way, if you've enj...

More highlights from Walker Stalker Con Boston this episode, with Emma Bell (Amy), Brighton Sharbino (Lizzie), Madison Lintz (Sophia), Addy Miller (Summer), and Meyrick Murphy (Meghan). These panels were so much fun to do, with new perspectives on classic moments from the show and lots of laughs (seriously, they were cracking me up). Also news, listener feedback, and stuff that's great! Note: This...

151: Jon Bernthal (Shane) 16.08.2014

You're going to love this spirited appearance by Jon Bernthal from the recent Walker Stalker Con in Boston. He answers a lot of the questions many of us have had about Shane, and does it with style. Also, we give you the latest WD news, answer your feedback, and go over some stuff that's fantastically great. 147: Top 5 Horror Movies 03.06.2014

In this ep, we break one of the big podcasting commandments, i.e. "Thou shall not ramble." Luckily, we have chapters! So if you don't want to hear us talk about Game of Thrones, Godzilla, Spider-Man, and X-Men for half an hour, skip ahead to hear our thoughts on the George Romero  and Stephen King's classic campy horror anthology flick, Creepshow. Then stick around for the main course, our top fiv...

144: Favorite Things About TWD + The Returned 21.04.2014

Bonjour mes amis! After four seasons we decided it's time we finally do a top five list about our favorite things about The Walking Dead, and thankfully it was really hard to keep it to just five (so I cheated and picked ten). You guys all had some really great ones too, btw. Also, we review the moody, eery French TV show, Les Revenants (The Returned), we announce the winners of the Clementine hat...
