Season 3 episode 8! A Hunting We Will Go! Joel grapples with killing and death! Ed freaks out that Ruth-Anne is old! Another beautiful ending, this one on a beautiful grave in the beautiful Pacific Northwest!

Season three episode seven! ROOTS! Oh boy. This episode has some amazing appearances by fan favorite characters… And then some incredibly cringe-worthy cultural appropriation! Enjoy!

Season 3  Ep. 6! The body in question! A 200 year old Man frozen in ice causes a group white male existential crisis! Marilyn saves the day AGAIN, and Tim and Jen fall apart sobbing.

Season three episode five! Jules et Joel! It's Halloween in Cicely Alaska! Joel has a twin brother who has terrible hair? Okay! Mad Bomber White Guys are no joking matter! Howl the eternal yes and give the Darkside a hug! WE LOVE THIS EP!

Animals R Us! OMG RICK I THOUGHT WE GOT RID OF YOU! Spoiler: Rick is a dog. Like an actual dog. Ed has imposter syndrome. This episode has one of the best endings in this entire series, it is beautiful and made us cry. Again.

Season three episode three! Oy, Wilderness! Thorton Wilder would not have written about creepy old guy/teenage girl action this way! Cindy comes to town!

Season 3 episode 2! ONLY YOU! Hey did you guys know that Holling stole his best friend Maurice's girl Shelly? BRAND NEW INFO! Also, Chris is a super slut but he's a man so no one shames him!

Season three episode one! The bumpy road to love! No surprise to anyone, Rick is total garbage and probably gave Maggie an STD! Maurice breaks the law and Barbara breaks up with him! Adam has a wife, her name is Eve, they kidnap Joel! Ruthanne is awesome!

Season Two Episode Seven! SLOW DANCE! Maurice is terrified of the gay couple moving to town! Rick treats Maggie like crap (again) and then dies! Season two episode six! War and peace! Nikolai comes to town! Everyone is Russian! What the hell is a Trotskyite? Ed goes to Pound town! This show should definitely not do sex scenes as they seem incapable of not making it super creepy and icky! Hamilton and Chess are great musicals!

Spring break! The ice is melting! So many iconic scenes! Barbara! You will love this episode! You will cry like we did! Also: our dogs behaved well!

Season two episode four! What I Did For Love! Maggie has a dream that Joel is going to die! A substitute doctor make Joel jealous! Death wears a black fedora and is related by marriage to Barbra Streisand! Chris gives the founders day sermon and tries to dilute Maurice's homophobia & misogyny! Joel loves his town!

Season two episode three! All is Vanity! Maggie's patriarchal dad comes to town and she pretends Joel is her boyfriend! Holling thinks he needs a vasectomy & the whole town knows about it! Ouch! A man dies in Joel's waiting room and the town wants to keep him! (The dead guy!) The last scene involves a funeral pyre, Chris's wisdom, beautiful singing, and Tim and Jen crying! The Big Kiss!! Ed welcomes the help of a spirit to find his parents! Chris loses his voice! Joel slut-shames Maggie! Maggie misses out on an awesome opportunity in Jen's opinion! Maurice isn't total garbage for once! Tim and Jen cry! Marilyn is awesome!

Season two begins! Joel gets a Dear John letter! Shelley confesses her TV addiction to Father Chris in a coat closet! Marilyn loves Publishers Clearing House! Ed and Maggie are kind & give Joel closure! Joel is messed up but so dear! Magical realism abounds!

Maggie is awesome, Marilyn is the GOAT, there's a LIBRARY in Ruth-Anne's grocery store & Chris is Horseshoe Maurice without the man bun! We loved this ep and the dancing made us cry!
