In your faith, have you ever felt pushback from the world? Have you ever tried everything you can to share God’s good news, only to feel like it’s going nowhere? In today’s message, Pastor Ken wants you to know that the world’s resistance to God will only get worse and you need to continue to be a beacon of love to those around you. The Bible doesn’t say to shove God’s gospel down people’s throats...

In your walk with Christ, have you ever been so concerned with following all of the rules that any small amount of change is frustrating? Has someone else ever received love or recognition for their faith and you feel forgotten for everything that you’ve done? Today, Pastor Ken explains that you need to always keep your worldview as open as possible. No matter how rigid you may want your faith and...

We all love the feeling of having a purpose. Whether it’s a really big dream that we’ve always had or an ethos for how we live our life, it’s safe to say that everyone wants to have a purpose. Today, Pastor Ken explains that if you want to experience your full potential in this life and beyond, you need to put your faith in Jesus. He has always had an enormous purpose for your life and is waiting...

We live in the age of information. The amount of information available today is impossible to quantify and the ability we have to access it is incredible. The vast majority of people today literally have access to anything they want to know in the palm of their hands. In today’s message, Pastor Ken teaches us about those that would like to control what information is to be shared both in Daniel's...

Did you know that prophecy makes up about one-third of the Bible? That’s a pretty big chunk of God’s Word. Oftentimes people are intimidated by prophetic books such as Daniel, but when we do look into them we find that they really are a neat aspect of Scripture. In today’s message, Pastor Ken teaches us that God gave Daniel very specific details about things that took place hundreds of years after...

Many times in life we get frustrated over our circumstances. Maybe you spilled your morning coffee or got into a fender bender first thing in the morning. Things like that can really set the mood for the rest of your day or even week. In today’s message, Pastor Ken teaches us about the difficult situation that Daniel and his friends found themselves in. They learned to recognize that God was still...

In our modern-day culture, it’s not uncommon for people to affiliate with Christianity as their religion of choice. The thing is though, that what it means to be a Christian varies greatly from person to person. It’s become a very individualized concept. Pastor Ken reminds us in today’s message that Christianity is nothing without Christ. He challenges us to ask ourselves if we’ve allowed Jesus in...

Since the beginning of civilization, one nation has always come in and conquered another. Then over time another stronger nation will come in and conquer that one. We see this over and over throughout history and that’s exactly what we see when Nebuchadnezzar the King of Babylon comes in and conquers the kingdom of Judah. In today’s message, Pastor Ken teaches us about the geopolitical state of th...

Oftentimes when we think back on history there seems to be a disconnect between the people from then and us now. It’s easy to feel like we’re worlds apart from being able to relate to anything that people then went through. In today’s message as Pastor Ken breaks down some of the history surrounding the Prophet Daniel, we’ll learn that some things never change. Even though fashion and technology h...

While all that’s required of you for salvation is to trust in Christ as your Lord and Savior, that isn’t an easy thing. It’ll cost you your pride and selfish ambition. When you choose to follow Him, He’ll lead you down a path that requires sacrifice, both for Him as well as the people around you. He provides freedom from sin, but the temptations won’t be removed. As Pastor Ken will explain in toda...

When you start reading the list of who won’t be allowed into Heaven, you may think you’re safe at first, but the longer you read, the more you realize that everyone has participated in one or more of the disqualifying acts at some point. So does it mean that no one will be in Heaven? … Of course not! In today’s message, Pastor Ken will remind us that God invites all of humanity into Heaven through...

Jesus did all the work necessary to save you from the oppression of sin as well as the eternal destruction it brings. When you place your trust in Him for that salvation, it’s all on Him to grant and maintain your salvation. You don’t have to get right before or even after you get saved. But you’ll want to. As Pastor Ken will point out in today’s message, a desire to do good works and avoid sin is...

All of Scripture is a blessing to read. It’s God’s expression of love and grace in written form. As we examine today’s passage, Pastor Ken will point out that the book of Revelation brings an extra blessing for those who read it and heed what it says. So much of Scripture deals with the past or the moment we’re in, but Revelation gives us a promise of what’s to come. Not all of it is pleasant, but...

As fascinating as it is to examine the book of Revelation with its vivid imagery and descriptions of events that are yet to happen, we can’t really begin to understand the scale and scope of what it reveals. In today’s message, Pastor Ken will wrap up his study of the first five verses of chapter 22, offering us a glimpse of what the new Heaven and new Earth will be like. It will be wonderful, wit...

God blessed mankind with the privilege and responsibility to “rule over the earth and subdue it.” That goes all the way back to the beginning. Many have twisted this calling to an extreme, either recklessly abusing the earth or on the other end of the spectrum, worshipping it as a god itself. In today’s message, Pastor Ken will draw our attention to a beautiful restoration of our role as healthy k...

We need relationships. There is a benefit to spending time in solitude and isolation from others, but it’s destructive when it becomes a way of life. Even Adam, the first human created by God – without sin or imperfection – still needed a companion. There are those who avoid Church and relationships with other believers, claiming they have a relationship with Jesus, but as Pastor Ken will point ou...

That sounds awfully exclusive, doesn’t it? In our world that pushes for the inclusion of all people, it goes against the grain to say that only people that have been redeemed will be allowed into Heaven. But, according to God’s Word, that’s the case. There’s good news though… everyone can be redeemed. As Pastor Ken will remind us in today’s message, Jesus desires for all mankind to come to Himself...

Our limited minds have a hard time grasping God’s ability to be everywhere at once. As Pastor Ken will explain in today’s message, at one point, the Holy Spirit was found only in the Holy of Holies of the Tabernacle and then the temple. Apart from offering atoning sacrifices and living righteously, men couldn’t approach Him and experience His presence. The good news for us is that Jesus offered an...

Heaven is a fascinating and inspiring subject to explore. In today’s message, as Pastor Ken continues our study of the book of Revelation, we’ll examine the glimpse of offers of that glorious city. Through the centuries, many have tried to recreate these descriptions through art, but nothing can capture what it will be like to stand in that place. The most overwhelming and beautiful element of it...

If you’re in Christ, you have no reason to fear the forces of evil in this world. They can harm your body and they can bring trials and hardship to your life, but they can’t touch your soul. As Pastor Ken will point out in today’s message, while we don’t need to fear these things, that doesn’t mean we should ignore their existence. We need to be aware and on guard against their attacks on ourselve...

We tend to be very literal, and it’s hard to imagine Heaven as it’s described in Scripture. For the Heaven of Revelation to become reality it will require a complete reworking of the laws of physics and an overhaul of Earth as we know it. As Pastor Ken will explain in today’s message, that’s exactly what God will do. He’s going to make all of this new. That includes you and me – if you’ve accepted...

The concept of “heaven on earth” popularized in love songs is much different than the real Heaven that will be brought to earth by our God. The pop culture idea of heaven is often centered around romantic love or our own comfort and glorification, but as Pastor Ken will clarify today, God’s heaven will be centered around Him and our intimacy with Him. The things we value and idolize in this life w...

Sin will have an effect on us in this world. You’re no longer subject to it and you can resist it, but there’ll be times when you find yourself in a sin that you may not have even realized was a sin. That’s part of the process of following Jesus. He brings light into the dark places, and our hearts are full of dark places. As Pastor Ken will remind us in today’s message, as you follow Jesus, you n...

It can be perplexing and awe-inspiring to contemplate Heaven. As Pastor Ken will explain in today’s message, despite some voices that tell you otherwise, we know very little about what Heaven will be like. From what Scripture tells us, we mostly just know that it will be different and wonderful. God created all the systems we know as Earth and the universe, from a microscopic level all the way to...
