The Unicorn on the Ark

It certainly makes things a lot clearer. 

As I continue to climb the mountains of my life, I am reminded daily that I can do this and I am enough! 

"Travel up the road and back again".....sing it with me! 

The Gift of Christmas is rarely seen, yet when we open that gift we find the truest kind. 

I love the show "YELLOWSTONE" because it is about the eternal struggle between good and evil, family and foe.  Sometimes I hear something one of them says and it burns in my brain.  

Incredible teaser trailer of a movie that I cannot wait to see next month.  My thoughts on that and a few more.

Snow White got that song right, but I tweeked it.  Someday my prince will come, in the Millenium. 

Oh goodness one does not have to have a child from their womb to be a mommy.  

These thoughts aren't from Jack Handy hahaha (SNL reference) but they are my very own.  

Oooh I am a little upset about a financial transaction that took place last night. Listen in to see if you can relate! 

Being sad is part of our mortal journey.  Happiness is delightful, joy is blissful, yet we all go through times of sadness and that is perfectly ok.  Don't let anyone bully you into thinking you need to be happy 24/7.  Not possible in my world.

 Big girls and bigger hearts.  I am here in New York to accept and love the woman I am and to also figure out this body situation.

Those are the only two words I can think of to describe what one has to have to work with three year olds! 

Goodness I can't sleep, for reasons that are so amazing to me.  

That was one of the statements made yesterday in my classroom, so I just picked up that little love who was in absolute tears and hugged him. This is why I am where I am.  I get to love these sweet little precious three year olds. 

Just like a cork that is in a wine bottle, when I get shaken up I need to pop that cork and let go of emotional baggage by crying, cooking, making cards, laughing, singing, crying and yes I said that twice.   Everyone is different of course, but this is my way to not let those pesky emotions build up until I crack, which I have.  I have learned how to do it my way and hopefully you...

I love exploring and driving in my new surroundings, but when it is costing me precious time and resources that I don't have, it begins to be a bother. 

I am not sure why "The Talk" is called "The Birds and the Bees", but all I know is that things of this nature need to be talked about sweetly and honestly with parents who love their children.  This was not the case for me growing up, so I am sharing how I feel about it today. 

No not the movie haha.  I learned a great lesson Sunday with my frozen windshield wipers that thawed.  They worked, and so do hearts when they thaw.  Listen in to see how frozen hearts thaw! 

The newest challenge in my life: OLYMPIC TODDLER TRAINING! Bring it on baby! ;) 

As I am watching the Winter Olympics today, and the crazy jumps the skiiers are doing of a huge hill, I am seeing parallels in my life.
