What an honor to get the chance to talk to the 8th Degree Black Belt and Grand Master of Taekwondo, Gary Stevens.  Gary shares his journey of how we went from down hill skier to achieving the title of Grand Master, not only in the US, but also in Korea, where Taekwondo was founded.

Starting the year off with a great conversation with the Chief of Police, Dean Ackerman, as he shares his journey from growing up as the son of a NYC Mounted Police officer to 35 years on the Glen Rock police department.  Thank you Chief for all you and your officers do to keep our town safe.  Happy New Year everyone!

Our guest, Marissa Leonessa, gives us some tips on how to take care of our bodies and our minds as she shares her journey from experiencing a tragic loss to transforming herself, and so many others, and becoming one of the more popular health coaches in our area.

What an amazing guest, an amazing talent and just a great guy!!  Joey Dee shares his journey from Passaic New Jersey to touring the world with Jimi Hendrix, Joe Pesci, Felix Cavalieri and so many other great names.  His tell-all book, The Peppermint Chronicles, includes stories of his fight with racism, record companies and the mob.
