There are many paths you can take forward. Which one will your mind take you on today?

It's time to change the way we move through this world. Can you begin to trust your heart and listen less to your mind?

Are you sure you don't already have that for which you long? Try looking at your life through a different lens

The Buddha once said that misperception of reality is the cause of suffering. Can you change how you perceive your world, see instead a world of impermanence?

This is a short meditation that was given to me by my friends who practice the shamanic traditions. It is a process for facing your fear and transforming it. The results will amaze you.

Know that you are the hope for this world. Trust yourself and your connections. Allow your heart to guide you forward and see how your life changes.

Release all that no longer serves you or this world. You have the power to create a loving world. Use that power, the gift of YOU, for the highest good of all concerned.

Understand that the power of your mere presence upon this world is helping to change it. Accept that truth and use that power to join with others as we move towards change.

The power you have is in your connection to the Divine and All of Creation. Can you use that power within to help change this world?

Allow, accept and trust the unfolding of your life. And if this speaks to you, join a Sunday evening prayer circle imagining love falling and covering every inch of this Earth.

Use the power of your heart to change this world. Chaos precedes change and you can help with the power within.

Begin today to use your innate capacity to love to help change this world. You are a divine being. Can you view your life from a divine perspective?

You already have that for which you are longing. Go within to find the peace, the love you seek.

How can you live a life of service? You have more power than you think.

Can you begin to see, really see, the world around you? If you can view it with your heart, it will change your life.

Healing is Universal. Your personal healing helps others to do their own healing and vice versa. Changing the world begins with you.

You have the power to change your world. But it requires some self-discovery on your part. Are you ready to take this path forward and leave behind old ways of being that no longer serve you or this world?

You are free, you have always been free. Use your gifts to contribute to the recipe for change. The world needs you now.

Is there really a concept of right and wrong? Or is it only about love?

You are capable of sharing so much love. Your presence here at this time is very important. Be aware, be of love and be the conduit you are meant to be.

There is no need to be perfect. All you need to be is authentic. Be who you really are with all your flaws and imperfections.

It is time to view this world from the perspective of the divine being that you are. You have the power to help create a kinder, gentler world not only through your physical actions, but also through your divine energetic thoughts.

Can you view your world from a higher perspective? From that of a divine being of which you are. 

Know that changes are occurring every moment of your life. Can you begin to focus more on your energetic being than your physical being? This is the path to remembrance.
