We roll out a couple new segments into the show. Captain Jason gives us a fishing report and updates us on the deer harvest reporting following the opening weekend of Bow season in Michigan. We recap a couple of terrible stories from the opening weekend along with Jimi's success story of shooting his first deer with a bow. We start this episode mid discussion of a bucket list trip Ryan has. We catch up with Jimi, we hear another Jason success story from last weekend on the pere marquette river chasing salmon. We break down more early Michigan bow season prep and give an update on our deer harvest reporting guesses.

In this episode we tell some ridiculous stories from past hunting seasons.  We find out who won the deer harvest reporting contest and we start to scratch the surface on the upcoming Michigan bow season and what we are doing to prep and get ready. 

The longer than normal but hair raising intro sets the tone for our 9/11 memorial episode. The boys give their perspective and thought process during the day of the attack, including Bob's mindset sitting on the tarmac. This episode is a reminder that we can never forget what happened that day and always honor the men and women that perished that day.

We get into some quality debates regarding the early antlerless firearm season in Michigan as well as the Liberty hunt. Jason nerds out and educates us on Salmon fishing, Alewives and the legendary Howard Tanner himself.

After a couple of weeks away we are back in the studio and catching up with captain Jason and Jimi.
