These are the recordings of the guided meditations and dharma talks from the InsightLA Long Beach sit group. Long Beach has been a satellite sangha of InsightLA. Our group meets at the Sacred Roots Holistic Healing Center on Sundays. The sangha is dedicated to deepening its spiritual practice with ongoing classes, retreats, and workshops. We also plan community events, including movie nights, summer BBQ’s, field trips, and hikes.
