Often times we self sabotage. We get so caught up in moments we allow them to handicap us. Have you heard the saying "If you knew better you'd do better". Well I disagree. I believe "If you WANT better, you will DO better". Are you ready for a real conversation?

Are you tired of your current situation? Are you really Sick n Tired? A part of finding THE STRENGTH WITHIN is getting sick n tired of your current situation. What have you done to make a change?

A part of finding THE STRENGTH WITHIN is staying focused. You see, often times we focus on today. When in reality, we should be focused on tomorrow. After all, once today is gone, it becomes a part of our past. And as I always say, YOUR PAST DOES NOT DEFINE YOUR PRESENT OR YOUR FUTURE! Stay focused!

We all go through trials and tribulations in life! Don't you ever allow someone to make you feel less than, all because you feel emotions! Some of us are DELUSIONAL ASF and put others down for having triggers from our trials, tribulations and traumas. There is nothing wrong with you! You are human, resilient and STRONG!!! WE ALL GO THROUGH TRIALS AND TRIBULATIONS!!!! Do you need a good "pep talk"?...
