How do you give your Online Filipino Specialist more tasks?  One of the ways I've been able to outsource so many things to my OFS team is I look at processes. You train and delegate related tasks to your OFS. You plan it out so that, eventually, you get the entire process, not just tasks, off your plate. I'll share with you how I do it in this episode.
