How much cap relief can the Dolphins find by moving on or...

Miami Dolphins Defensive Tackle Christian Wilkins made a bet on himself by refusing what was the Dolphins' last and best offer to sign him to an extension prior to the start of the 2023 season. It was a bet he absolutely won. Wilkins put in his best season to date and, alongside Zach Sieler, was the foundation of the defensive scheme implemented by Defensive Coordinator Vic Fangio. Now, things hav...

Tua Tagovailoa just had the best year of his career, leading the NFL in passing yards and ranking ear the very stop in several other statistical categories. Since his debut in 2020, there has been steady improvement in his overall play. These two statements are indisputable. However, for the fourth straight season, Tagovailoa played his worst football during the crucial stretch of games in Decembe...

The Miami Dolphins' 2023 season has come to an end. It was perhaps appropriate that the final chapter of this season was written in the coldest game in franchise history because the Dolphins once blistering hot offense finished off the season ice cold. Meanwhile, the Dolphins's shorthanded defense fought valiantly, but simply couldn't do enough against a Kansas City Chiefs team and an elite quarte...

After 18 weeks of ups and downs, highs and lows, we have arrived at the NFL Playoffs. Previous wins and losses no longer matter. Now, it's win or go home. For the Miami Dolphins, the final month of the season was particularly rough, costing them their chance at a divisional crown and many of their key players. Of course, none of that matters now. The fact is that, as beat up as they are, the Miami...

The narratives are getting louder about the team, the hea...

We always kinda had a feeling it was going to come down to this. The Miami Dolphins host the Buffalo Bills at Hard Rock Stadium in Week 18. The winner will be the AFC East Champion and the 2 seed in the AFC playoffs. The loser will likely end up as a wild card in the #6 seed but, if it's the Bills, there's a chance their season could be over. In Week 4, the Bills walloped the Dolphins 48-20, a hum...

The Dolphins have squandered yet another opportunity to make a statement on the road in December against a legitimate opponent. If that were the only takeaway, it wouldn't be so bad. But it's much worse than that for the Miami Dolphins. Not only were they completely dismantled by one of the best teams in the NFL, but they came up small and suffered two consequential injuries that have severely dam...

On the heels of their biggest victory of 2023, the Miami Dolphins head to Baltimore with an opportunity to do a number of things: they can clinch the AFC East title for the first time since 2008, ensure a top 2 finish in the AFC, and give themselves the opportunity to play for a first round bye in Week 18. A win would also be a second signature win in as many weeks for the Dolphins. Of course, it...

When the Miami Dolphins' 2024 schedule was released, a Monday Night Football date with Ryan Tannehill and the Tennessee Titans looked like an exciting proposition. On Sunday, the Miami Dolphins delivered one of their most complete performances of the season against the Washington Commanders. Buoyed by the return of De'Von Achane, the offense jumped into action immediately and never let up. The defense, playing their first full game since Jaelan Phillips was lost for the season, showed strength and steadfastness. Andrew Van Ginkel played big, coming up with a...
