Things are looking much rosier from inside the studios this week for Matt and Nick, as the Bulldogs return to winning form over the long weekend. What's more, some of the on-field woes plaguing the Bulldogs in recent weeks seemed to be resolved, the Good Friday Appeal turned into a raging success, and a defender-turned-forward turned heads in the VFL.

The Bulldogs are coming off disappointing defeats at both AFL and VFL levels this week, most of which are of their own doing. Matt and Nick sit down and thrash out the obvious issues, and the possible solutions on offer. To end a marathon episode though, the pair also reveal a special idea they have planned for the upcoming match.

Matt and Nick return to The Salty Bulldog studios this week with a ridiculous amount of on-field dilemmas and off-field controversy to dissect. From that elusive second tall forward to that post-match presser, nothing is off-limits this week as the Bulldogs continue the search for their first win of the season. 

Round 1 is only days away! Matt and Nick are starting to get excited about what the Bulldogs can achieve this year, and spend some overdue attention on the recent comments over an incoming Bulldogs revolution. The two also dedicate time on the game's latest contributor to player movement, review the AFLW season, and make their predictions for the AFL.

The pre-season matches are out of the way and the countdown now begins for Round 1! Matt and Nick sit down and work through the key on-field lessons they've learned over the pre-season, and what the Bulldogs need to work on ahead of the opening game of the season. The Western Bulldogs are in the Grand Final! As you'd expect, Matt and Nick are pretty pleased with how things sit following the Bulldogs remarkable Preliminary Final performance and have plenty of time to single out the heroics of some of the lesser-known headline-makers, as yet another team performance helped the Bulldogs to progress to the last week of September. 

Matt and Nick return to the studio to bask in the glories of one of the Bulldogs most famous September victories. As the race for the Premiership narrows to four, the two look at some of the themes that they see emerging from this year's finals campaign, and discuss the keys to what is set to be a massive Preliminary Final encounter

For the first time since The Salty Bulldog started up, Matt and Nick gather to celebrate a Bulldogs final's victory. An air of confidence sweeps through the studio after a run of defeats, with special praise being reserved for a dreadlocked small forward, while several unheralded lesser lights redeemed themselves from previous finals showings with strong games in difficult cirmcumstances

Another defeat for the Bulldogs sees them drop out of the Top 4, and must now face Essendon in a do-or-die Elimination Final encounter. Matt and Nick assess the situation in a massive finals preview, as they look at how to restructure the team in the hopes of getting back into winning form at the business end of the season.

The Western Bulldogs continued to stumble their way into the finals, putting in arguably their worst performance of the season at the weekend. Suddenly, their place in the top 4 is in real danger, and as Matt and Nick attempt to piece the performance together, more uncertainty lay ahead in the coming days, as the Bulldogs approach a battle to decide the top 4. 

Complications galore pursued the Western Bulldogs this week, as they not only relinquished top spot after a defeat at the weekend but have also lost one of their star players for the rest of the season.
