Our goal is to separate fact from emotion. This is the first episode of a series we are going to do about the Derek Chauvin trial going on right now.  This episode we lay the groundwork for what is going on and what the charges are. As we continue in the series we will go deeper into these issues.

Both Ryan and Aj have been in officer involved shootings, and Ryan just returned from a retreat for officers who have been in similar situations. Ryan shares what he learned from the retreat and from the other officers.

Whether you know it or not you are a leader. Everyone is a leader in some aspect of their life. Today we talk about leadership and what it means to accept a life of pressure and adversity.

We can't go into every detail of our personal OIS but we do want to talk about what it is like for an officer after the incident. There is a lot more that goes into it than most know. It is a very stressful time for the officer and their family. Let's get into it.
