Fridays I am going to start posting a short segment about someting that was on my mind that week. It will be differenct from our normal episodes, it won't ever have a guest or discussion, just my thoughts about the previous week. I hope we can learn and grow together from this.

You never know how far one decision you make can go. We talk about a lot in this episode but Ryan shares a video towards the end that reminds us of why we do what we do. As officers we can make a huge impact with a small action.

Jason Lehman is an educational consultant, writer, and public speaker. He was also a police officer for many years and is dedicated to bridging the gap between law enforcement and the community.

We are always looking for the ambush or the attack, but we neglect officer wellness which is more likely to kill us.
