The Roads Church Podcast

When we are born again and enter into a relationship with Jesus, we are no longer limited to what we can do. With the power of the Holy Spirit and the promises of God's word, we can live a life beyond our limits and experience what it means to walk in God's plans, purposes and power. Go beyond your limits in this exciting message with Youth Pastor of The Roads Church, Chris Pollard

The process of following changes us. The pursuit of Jesus challenges us. The Holy Spirit makes a difference in our priorities, and when God calls us, we can drop our "nets" of what is comfortable and familiar. A spirit led life calls us to leave old things behind and embrace new paths that lead to powerful priorities.

The Holy Spirit is a great teacher. By learning how to frame the world with our words, we can walk in greater understanding of God's plan for our lives. The Holy Spirit is a gentle, loving teacher who shows us there is a difference between conviction and condemnation. In this series you will discover the righteousness & authority we have in Christ by the power of the Holy Spirit.

The beginning of a new series (and a new haircut!) Holy Spirit: A Difference Maker takes a look at how Holy Spirit will make a difference in your position, your power AND your patience. God has a kingdom purpose attached to you, and the power of this difference maker makes all the difference.

In this 5 part benchmark series, this is final message. This is the recap of the navigational route of Crossroads Bible Church to The Roads Church. In all of our lives, we are assigned to connect people with Jesus. We have the ministry of reconciliation and live a legacy of faith. Being developed as leaders and impacting culture will forever change the game in individual lives and beyond.

The "Game Changer" became the "name changer" in this benchmark message. Chad Everett reflects on the history, the word of God & the specific prophetic instructions to this body of believers over the years. The legacy of faith was mapped out in this historic message. Going forward, Crossroads will now be called "The Roads Church". Our assignment is to connect people, develop leaders & impact cultur...

Game Changers overcome fear by focusing on favor. They believe more than what they see with their natural eyes. They dwell in expectancy. They remember where they came from and focus on the power of God instead of their own ability. In this second chapter of the Game Changer saga, Pastor Chad Everett reminds us that who we are is more important than who we were, and how important it is to partner...

What is a "game changer"? It's something that shifts the way of thinking and doing. Keys to being a game changer include clarity, creativity & constancy. Pastor Chad Everett encourages us to know our purpose, our "why", and change the game for the kingdom of God in every area of life.

Check Your Receiver! In this final message of the 5 part series, we are checking to make sure our "receiver" is turned on! God is transmitting His signals to us. Jesus finished his work on the cross and it it up to us to make sure we know of His great love for us. Just receive everything He intends for us. It truly is finished, and we can walk as sons and daughters knowing that God really loves us...

It Is Finished! Taste for Yourself! In part 4 of this service, Pastor Chad Everett unpacks the fact that Jesus prepared EVERYTHING we could ever need with His own redemption and grace. There are rewards and promises prepared for us, we just have to receive and take action for that encounter to happen. Just one example is how we use a gift card. As heirs of the promise, we get to taste the benefits...

Youth Pastor Chris Pollard picks up where Chad left off! With signature humor and enthusiasm, listen as we learn to raise our expectations. Jesus set the standard in His love for us on the cross. Sometimes we live far beneath the plans and purposes that God has for us. Live in anticipation of great things. Don't be limited by your current conditions. God wants us to raise our expectations. Embrace...

In this second part of the “It Is Finished” series, discover there are 3 things about your “it”. Guess what? It's as simple as ABC….A-agreeable B-bigger C-costly. Trust Him with your “it” to accomplish your purpose. No matter how impossible it seems, lean into dependence and trust in God.

The beginning of the "It Is Finished" series by Pastor Chad Everett is also the beginning of our livestream for Sunday morning services. Launching on Easter of 2018, this sermon explores why we procrastinate & how to finish strong in the race set before us. Jesus set the example with a strong "why", and His three "E's" are Entry, Endurance and Ending. Finish strong for the Father is on your side!

In this final message of the Recalibrate series, learn how leaven can affect your life. Maintaining the standards, recognizing the difference and being aware of conformity in our everyday life means letting God's patterns permeate everything we do. Be aware of what rises in difficult situations and exchange lies for kingdom thinking when the heat is on.

In this next-to-last-but-certainly-not-least message, Chad Everett encourages us to take every thought captive. We must determine where these thoughts in our head originate. Apply the standard according to God's word, and discover the freedom that Heaven intends us to have here on earth.

Soooo....what IS Heaven like? Don't assume Promise Bradley is talking pearly gates, streets of gold, and all that stuff. Heaven is in us. God wants to partner with us to bring heaven to earth. We carry with us the culture of heaven, everywhere we go. Heaven is more than a place we go when we die. It is expressed within us as believers on the earth.

If God says to go, then GO. Sometimes we travel light. Sometimes we pack up everything. Unpack this encouraging message by Dr. Jeff Burrell & discover that God has invested His resources in His followers. We are equipped to set the captives free. We are chosen. We have power from on high. Go! Do what God called you to do! Stop waiting, stop making excuses because YOU CAN'T LOSE WITH THE STUFF I US...
