Embrace Your Emotions and it will Embrace you you to Greatness. We always try to fight and resist our emotions by always not to think about it or trying to stay Positive. Emotion is a Energy that cannot be resisted but must be used to Release itself. Understanding your emotion is very important and the ability to use it to drive you to your Greatness.

To truely understand who you are is to truely define what Ego and Intention truly means to you. Decision making is always attach with your Ego or Intention. Be aware of both and truely follow the master path to Greatness.

One of the best best interviw I have done to a person that has been in a lot of physical pain in his life, and just able to use his mindset to control the pain emotionally and mentally is just amazing. And he finishes off with the framework that makes up a beautiful and authentic life that is "Truth".

Give time to yourself and you will shift your mindset to Greatness. Spending more time with yourself is the deepest secret to Greatness, because greatness is within you. BELIEVE in Yourself that you a Greatness.

It is so important to Love yourself First, and I believe its the Foundational step to Greatness. Its not selfish but self love. Its adoring you first before you can actually truely adore or love someone. Its start within us!
