For me I had to face the truth and it was painful but oh so freeing to be on the other side of this lesson. And guess what it’s not over! So let’s Go! Let’s see these attachments and begin to break them down!

I'm not convinced, I'm not sold on the idea that we are being our best we can be. I feel from what I hear from people, that it's 100% okay to want to stay stuck. Well not for me, yeah me! lol not really I just have a different understand of certain things. Today we Rise! we rise above the BS and allow our mind to control us. Today we let go and become happy.

How to deal with people that call you out on your BS 

In a world where we are programed to be what "they" want us to be, I feel it best for me to break away from the norms and live extraordinary. So even in my day to day life, in my mind it's the life that everyone wants, ha lol cause it's the life that I F'n want and live!  So Just be. 

I'm on a journey just to find out that I'm am never to stop growing. The mistakes are just that mistakes and I'm the director and actor in this movie. The one that is greater than me is the one who gave me all that I already have. Today I find myself at peace and going with the flow. I have who I want to be. I am who I create over and over each day. 

The mind and it's thoughts are like a bad roommate you can't get rid of. I'm learning a different way, and it seems to be working quite well actually. 

What are you taking in and what are you putting out? 

It's on a continuous repeat cycle. What is on this repeated cycle? "Your" thoughts!

Know that your women is testing you because she wants the strongest version of you. Allow her testing to make you stronger! do this by following daily disciplines.  1. Wake Up Time set it and keep it no matter what.  2. Cold Showers  3. Reading  4. Meditation 

Just DO the damn thang! If you don't give up or stop the race you will cross the finish line. and guess what, you win MF!!!!! yes that's right you win, why? because you were not racing anyone else except yourself. 

This is a man who is untamed and not conditioned by the masses, government, and any media. This man is authentic and free! 

I Grateful for my mind. I'm Grateful for my Wife. I'm Grateful that God will allow me to be a father! I enjoy being a Husband! I'm grateful lives that have been changed by teaching someone gave me to share. Thank You!
