Love in Action = Lina. When you know you know. Right now it feels like Luv. I like it here, it feels great! I’m going to speak on just a little bit on my “why” I got here.

Every great thing comes to an end. Lol! Look out for season TWO 2... in this episode I give just a few examples of my inclusion relationship and how our focuses is on each other as the living being.

Fuck titles. I speak a different language. This is me this is US choosing to be for each other. This is using new knowledge and apply it daily. This is becoming the knowledge and turning into understanding and being.

It’s what & how I’m saying it. This is my why I’m saying this (the title). I don’t have all the answers, this is just my expression of what I experience.

We can get distracted by the word “Marriage” “committed” relationships Wife and Husband. We hold fast to these words. From what I gather we use words to help us define what it we are doing. Be & stay present in the moment.

Being present in that moment. Taking it all in and being aware of you & them. Your free! You don’t have to seek anymore you are here, now.

Be STILL and know M.R.S (Melt, Release and Soften) that you are ok. A beautiful mess, like a tornado from a distance it’s beautiful nature that is, but destructive up close. She look at me with those eyes, as to say I do t care what you are saying just keep talking. Pleasure is what pleases you. It brings you JOY! To be still and present in the moment is pleasure for me.

Intimacy. Sharing. Welcoming. Changing the narrative of relationships.

As I explore & seek I’m finding some real dope ways to have the type of inclusion were all parties are Joyful! I haven’t yet arrived and I never will, I don’t want to I guess. I just want to enjoy myself with pleasure of the company I keep. 

Why we are moving to Inclusive style “relationships” vs Exclusive. People that we meet on our journey we want to include them for that moment in time, not exclude them. We also understand and know we are not with each other as a master & slave situation.

What is a relationship really? Must we relate? Must we understand?

Trapped in mind, body, and soul and you don’t know how to get out, maybe?

Are you serious? Did he just say that he has the best relationship? No he didn’t! Who does he thinks he is!!!!!???? (I really do tho)

There are distraction that exist in a relationship, life continues to go and move forward at rapids speeds and we need a strategy to help us stay and/or get back on track. We allow the power to commit to this rule, in order to have many successful relationships and that is LOVE. Also Commit is a power in its self. I hope you enjoy!

As you design your relationships there will come distractions of many sorts, be aware and have a strategy. These few things might help you.

Have you ever had a moment in time or a great day, where everyone was smiling at you and slapping you high fives everywhere you went? Positive energy can do that sometimes! lol

Sometimes break ups happen for various reasons. Feel through them and allow that shit to sink in so you can deal and heal.
