The end is here folks, and Mike & Matt are going out with a bang: The one true X-Men cartoon, Wolverine & The X-Men! With strong declarative statements right from the get go, our last X-Men episode might also be our best, so go figure. Plus: plans for the podcast going forward. Not to be missed.

Hey, remember 'X-Men The Animated Series'? Of course you do, you're a person! Well after wasting everybody's time for 10 episodes Mike & Matt have finally decided to talk about it a little. Oh and 'X-Men Evolution' and 'Pryde of the X-Men' and stuff too. Whatever.

With no more currently existing films to talk about, Mike & Matt delve into the murky waters of the future, from confirmed projects like Wolverine 3 and Legion to the infamously troubled Gambit, as well some stuff that simply never came to pass. X-Men, right?

In many ways the reason this podcast even exists, Apocalypse is the second worst rated film in the franchise, and Mike & Matt are here to complain about this travesty of injustice. (Spoilers)

The most profitable X-Men film of all time doesn't even have X-Men in the title, and that seems worth discussion! That's right, Mike and Matt are finally tackling The Merc With The Mouth, Deadpool himself, and for the first time, they majorly disagree!

Just as the X-Men of the past and future needed to unite to stop terrifying killer robots from taking over the earth, Mike Thomas and Matt Waters needed to join forces from across the Atlantic in order to... talk about a film for 90 minutes. You're welcome.

Just when you thought First Class had saved the franchise, your old pal Logan is back to stink up the joint in his second solo outing! Hugh Jackman finally gets his wish and takes Wolverine to Japan in an absolute snooze-fest. Can Mike & Matt get more than 10 minutes of earnest discussion out of it? Well the run-time should reveal the answer to that mystery, but you should still give it a listen!

After the dark, dark times of The Last Stand and Origins: Wolverine, X-Men is back with a bang with the most outright fun film of the franchise, First Class! Join a jubilant Mike Thomas and cheerful Matt Waters as they sing the praises of an X-Men film again!

Wolverine may not be able to die, but he's pretty determined to kill this franchise! Mike & Matt return to tackle the first X-Men solo adventure and cannot agree on whether or not it's worse than The Last Stand. Listen and help decide, won't you?

X-Men: The Last Stand has a truly abysmal reputation but slightly above average reviews and is among the biggest money earners in the franchise. Confused? Fear not, true believers! Your old buddies Mike & Matt are here to get to the bottom of this whole mess once and for all!

Against all odds Mike & Matt made it to two episodes! To celebrate the occasion they decided to treat themselves to the undisputed best film of the whole franchise! That's right, it's all downhill from here folks! Strap in!
