After a having a few tough conversations this week I knew I could have done better. I spoke too much, listened too little, and failed to capitalize on a couple key opportunities. Today I wanted to take a quick look back to one of my favorite books, Never Split The Difference, and try to re-learn a few lessons that I had forgotten.
