Meredith Finch joins Chris and Hector to chat about her history as a writer. Born and raised in Canada, she tells the story of meeting her husband David Finch, her relationship with the Anglican Church and how that faith has influenced her work and the upcoming Kickstarter project  The Book of Ruth.

Hector has once again beaten Chris to the theatre with a sneak peak, spoiler-free review of  Shazam! ...or is it Captain Marvel? The duo also talk about the James Gunn helmed reboot of  Suicide Squad with Idris Elba replacing Will Smith along with rampant and unfounded speculation on what the merger of Disney and Fox mean for the MCU beyond Phase 3.

Hector once again puts Chris to shame by seeing Captain Marvel before Chris does and has a bold proclamation to make concerning its standing in the MCU rankings.
