Sira Faris is a budding artist in Nashville who is vulnerable and open with who she is and her music (which I appreciate muchly in a person.) After only 6 days of knowing each other, we recorded this extra long conversation where we get into everything between high school in now, from self-harm, to exes, to childhood music preferences.

Jesse goes on a super personal rant, talking about women, his mental health, and musical aspirations for 2019.

I met Andrew Dornoff at one of my shows because he's always on the lookout for electronic music in Nashville. A fest head and music junkie, he talks about how he's traveled the world and undergone a ton of experiences that have led him to this place of curiosity and eccentricity. 

Mick is one of my best friends and helps with the comedic design of the Basic Printer videos. We talk about some basic things but then get into a fictional interview between two made up characters.

Bri Murphy is an Americana artist and 9 foot tall green dinosaur from Nashville, TN. She has a wealth of experience playing around town and for some reason, also likes Basic Printer and owns some synth equipment herself! we talk about doing precisely what you want to do, why that isn't always easy for women in music, and how women are just great for everything.

MC Cone is a comedy SoundCloud rapper that is also a fan of Basic Printer. I wanted to interview a fan for the podcast, so naturally I picked the most absurd one I could think of. We talk about what it's like to make music that gives it everything we got, even if that means making a song about taking a dump in public.

Pepper, known under her musical alias Pepper Said, talks with me about how finicky those dang ol' emotions are, and how being sad has its merits. We also talk about our philosophies as artists and how we want our music to be a collective thing.

Peter Ferguson, musician and live guitarist of Basic Printer joins me to talk about our influences and what it's like to work with divas like me.
