Today's reading definitely brought some pop culture, and some early 2000's worship to my brain. "This is the way" and "Not to us, but to Your name, be the glory" are hints. I actually love the book of Isaiah and have several favorite chapters in this book. Today we are reading one of them! Follow along as we read Isaiah 5-8, as well as Psalm 110.

Today we begin our journey through the prophet Isaiah. We’ll be reading chapters 1-4 and Psalm 109. The Bible Project uses many of their teaching videos through this section of the plan and I highly recommend checking them out if you aren’t using the plan in the Bible App. Today's video is about reading the Prophets . 

Today we conclude 2 Kings and we read Psalm 108.

Oh friends!! Today we read together 2 Kings 20-22, how King Josiah heard the book of the law and tore his clothes in repentance and how God responded with loving kindness. We also read Luke 24-the Resurrection of Jesus! He is alive my friends! He is risen!

Kings who do evil and Kings who follow the Lord, this is the ongoing saga of the story of 2 Kings and today, as usual, The Lord wins! Follow along as we read 2 Kings 18-19, Psalm 106 and we talk about the Saturday of Holy Week. Sunday’s coming, friends!
