More on the Steelers extending Nick Herbig. Poni still doesn’t know whether or not to be happy about the move or not. Callers also seem to have differing opinions on the signing, considering that Herbig hasn’t been a starter for a whole season yet. Nick Herbig and Joey Porter Jr. spoke to the media today amidst contract disputes. The Herbig dispute is more interesting considering the fact that he has been a rotational guy his whole career, yet very effective. Poni thinks that Herbig has been a phenomenal pick by the Steelers at this point in his career, at least so far.
