The impending Snowpener II isn't going to get the guys down this week as they talk about the bevy of new signings announced and welcome the newest member of the goalkeeper's corner, St. Thomas keeper Troy Louwagie, to the show.

This week the guys announce three new signings, welcome NPSL Best XI midfielder Max Stiegwardt to the show, and we cover how a Crow got the best of the Loons.

In the midst of even more roster building, the guys are joined by official Minneapolis City trainer, Twin Cities Orthopedic's own David Bloomquist. He talks about his approach, how he keeps the guys healthy week in and week out, and tells us about the grossest injury he's ever seen.

We're back with part two of Jon's interview with his dad, an Ohio High School Hall of Fame coach. We get perspectives on where the love of soccer comes from and how it manifested throughout his life, talk soccer history in the US and abroad, and what parents and coaches of future players need to keep in mind.

The U23 schedule has been released and we're super excited for all of the bonus soccer this summer. Plus Will Kidd is returning for his 3rd year with the team and we chat a bit about our personal feelings around DAs and how we see Minneapolis City approaching the topic in the future.
