A survey of 10,000 parents has found that more than half of them think they should have waited longer before handing a smartphone to their child. When to give kids, a smartphone can be a controversial conundrum for parents and can be the cause of many a family dinner dispute! Richard Hogan Family Psychologist and Columnist with The Irish Examiner joined Pat on the show to offer some advice.
