Blue Line Overland started as a joke among Overlanding Police Officers. Now they give so much back to children and communities through their online auctions and Shop with a Cop Program.

Is your vehicle too noisy? Too much wind noise from deteriorating seals or added gear? Can you not hear your music? Can you not carry on a conversation with the person next to you? Would you like to have your vehicle cooler in summer and warmer in winter? This is the conversation i had with Boris from Kilmat Sound Deadening materials.

If we were meant to stay in one place we would have been given roots and not feet. We were made to go and see. Adventure is necessary for the soul.

So many times we rush into things. But if we are patient, and wait...there is a better chance that good things will come as a result.

There are times when things just never go right. Things are hard. Life is hard. But then there are times when everything is perfect. Those are the times the renew your love and passion for what you do.

This way of life has filled such a huge gap in my life that it's hard to answer this question. I'm not out to be the best or most well-known, I just want everything this lifestyle has to offer.

It was a perfect ending to a perfect week. So blessed to have been able to go on this trip with such great guys. After breakfast and a fun morning, we took FR 76 down into Angel Fire and then home. They say all good things must come to an end and it was so true with this week. Cant wait to go back and do it all again!

Forest Road 76 came after running through countless old West towns and Indian Reservations. We now enter the Carson NF with snow, Vistas and the most epic campsite ever.

There are tons of things on my want list. This is one you do not want to leave home without.

Up the trail, stopping to take pics of the amazing Vistas and scenery. To Capitan, NM and visit the Smokey Bear Museum and gift shop. To Corona, NM and then on to Santa Fe for a restful evening and shower.

Day 4 was epic in that we finally made it to the trail. Epic views, a quick visit with Smokey the Bear and FB live capped off a wonderful day.

Since we were off of the trail had an extra day before we met up with yet another member of our group in Cloudcroft on Wednesday, this was a throw away day.  For some this was an exploratory day.  For others it was a day to kick back and relax and check out my rig setup and reorganize a little.  I love days like this.  Slow down and relax.  Let the young ones run around a little. 

Day 2 was a travel day but much to talk about. It was a good day and bad. I was exhausted but glad to be here. Filled with lots of fuel stops, radio conversation and bad scenery. But it ended well.

On our way to NM for the Enchanted Rockies Trail adventure email stopped on our first night at McClellan National Grassland and stayed the night. It was a great decision!

How do you prepare and deal with overlanding or traveling with your pet? With Bruiser in Colorado it's different than being by myself. But he is worth it! Such fun traveling with your pet!
