Damar Hamlin's cardiac arrest during last night's Monday Night Football game was scary, shocking and terribly sad.  It reminds us that health is wealth and, without it, nothing else matters.

Grant Cardone belittles you if you make $400,000 per year or less. There are a lot of Internet gurus selling pipe dreams and claiming they know how to make you more money. All you have to do is "pay to play."  In 2023, please beware of what you are being sold. A vast majority of them are scams. Remember that there is no short-cut to success.
