I will never forget the time I had to take sick leave for 3 days in December, and my manager at the time forced me to go to the doctor, insisting that 3 days was just insane and she needed answers. Am i right? All jokes aside, This is what a lack of self-awareness can look like at work. I see this CONSTANTLY with my people. You’re so hungry for recognition and advancement…you bury yourself and then get mad when it’s too much. But, you can reset from this reality and get back to a place where you’re only volunteering for things that MATTER, and you’re actually able to DELIVER on those things....
