If you had to guess, I'm pretty sure most would rank Nevada or California at the top for Most Sinful States. You'd actually be wrong on both accounts but those did rank pretty high on the 2018 Most Sinful States List. So did Georgia! Isaac Bonsu of Washington, D.C. found out the hard way when he was running from police after the attempted a DWI stop. After a short car chase, Bonsu jumped out of the car and took off on foot.
