The Nurse Researcher podcast aims to demystify clinical academia, explain what researchers do, their roles, how they got there and what advice they can offer to others looking to bring research into their roles. Series 1 saw us focus on Professors of Nursing, Series 2 focused on the clinical academic and Series 3 is a short series focussing on NIHR Senior Research Leaders, and our latest series focusses on those undertaking or recently completed a PhD.
