The most beautiful thing to realize is that you are still here. No matter what happened the day before or a year ago. You made it through. Celebrate that. Stay present in knowing that you are still here because there is something that you haven't fulfilled yet.

You are here to become the better you. What if the only thing you were here to do is be you and be the most truest highest expression of you. The real work begins when you start to understand the assignment of working on you and who you were created to be. When you do that everything that is assigned and aligned with you will reveal itself to you and for you.

Along your journey, you will have encounters and meet people that you are inspired by or that have impacted your life. What you may not realize is the many lessons that you learn along the way to meeting them before, during and after. Here is the story of the day I met Iyanla Vanzant and what I learned from this interaction.

There will only ever be one of you. Own that, respect that and begin to create from that reality. There is power in your authenticity. The quicker you realize this and operate from this, the universe will rise up to meet you there.

Three words to remind you who you are, where you are and whose you are shall be "Look At God" Your internal compass has been guiding you towards the ultimate destination. Look around and within to the very thing that has kept you protected, assured and valued. What you see is the definition of what God looks like.

Just because it hasn't happened, doesn't mean that it won't happen. Go within first and ask yourself do you feel like you are going the right way? If your answer is no, make another decision so the right time can align for you. Your time is not God's time. Be open to realizing that when all is aligned it will happen.

You come from the creator therefore you are creative. Your creativity is divine and unique to your design. Your path is your path. You must walk it. No one will walk it for you. No matter what happens, keep walking because there is more ahead for you to see. Trust yourself enough to walk boldly and confidently towards the thing you hope and desire.

If it was easy, everybody would do it. Be okay with doing things to make you better. Life is not easy it is hard and it has to be to prepare you for what you are called to do. As you live, you are here to learn and grow. Embrace it because you are becoming better.

You don't need permission to evolve. You can make a different decision anytime you choose. However, in order for you to reinvent yourself, you have to be okay with a new way and a new process for your reinvention. Keep walking and trusting that the journey will prepare you for the ultimate transformation. A true reinvention.

Not all fights are worth fighting. Own your power and use your silence instead. Knowing what is worth your time and what is not is supreme self-awareness. Just because you have been invited to the fight, doesn't mean you have to show up.

Don't resist just surrender. The world has it's own role. Your role is only to be in control of what you can control. Letting go is powerful. Focus on what you can be and do and the flow will flow for you.

Never let what you feel make you forget what's real. Those feelings that you are experiencing are only temporary. This too shall pass. Don't forget what is real, the reality of what matters. Life is a journey of feeling and knowing that you will be okay.

When you know who you are there are just some things that are not negotiable. Bob Gardner dives into what those are for him and how you can find them for you. When you stand in truth there is no negotiation.

Along your journey you must learn people. More importantly the role they play in your life. People always come for a reason, season or lifetime. You must be willing to identify, accept and adjust accordingly. When you do that you can begin to understand the role you play in their lives too.

Very often we forget that we have the power to push our life forward. When we do this, we allow people, things and opportunities to control our lives that tends to leave us in chaos and dysfunction. I empower you to take your power back and run your own life or somebody else will.

You have been taught to be, do, act and respond the way you do currently. Accept it and then realize that just because you have been taught that doesn't mean you can't unlearn it and relearn a new way of thinking and being. Life is about learning and growing. Be willing to assess what you were taught, keep what evolves you and unlearn what doesn't but be kind to yourself throught it al...
