Cov drew and nobody ain't got no clue what's going on with them at the moment but it's all getting well tiresome. Joey, Paul and Neil flex their brain muscles trying to figure it out.

Hello pod fans. It's been a while. Since the last time we spoke, we've dominated more matches but that don't mean nothing when you ain't scoring the football goals. Lampteys give it some woopy around that very topic.

All of the very best Lamptey boys return for the opening show of 2019. The festive period brought three wins and that was mega. Let's chat.

Some big talk this week as the Niis attempt to explain why things looked so poor against Luton, as well as hazarding some guesses as to Mark Gordon Robins' ideal tactical approach. Contains the tackling of some other tough football topics.

There's no FA Cup game to speak of but the Niis instead find time to pick up what happened in the league over the last couple of weeks. Contains Laurence.

This week the Niis ruminate about losing a league game for the first time in weeks. Burton were better which made it slightly easier to assess. Features some Laurie, on account of Laurie being on this week.

This week the Niis turn 200 episodes old, which is like 48 in dog years. Thanks for being able to hear us. The super Sky Blues also managed to lose their winning streak this week, but fortunately made sure that they weren't beaten. This is good football planning. So all aboard the Lamptey boat for this very special birthday episode. *Literally nothing special happens.

While the Niis are away, the Coventry will play (fairly averagely but still win all the time). Great to be on this winning run. Let's chat about it.

Here at the Lamptey show we love last minute winners. We love them even more when they're scored by sweet, smiley people like Amadou Bakayoko, in football games that we have no business winning. That's what happened this week at Charlton and that's what we talk about in the show.

Sunderland and Portsmouth reviewed with Paul and Ed and Charlton previewed with Dom.  Now there's lovely for you isn't it?

This week, Dom and Laurie join JC to talk about the sopping wet lunacy that occurred in Bristol at the weekend.

This week the Niis celebrate back-to-back league wins and the fact that Lee Burge saved some football shots. Also - Paul's Question makes its debut.

This week Cov won, Conor Chaplin scored, Shipley fouled loads, and JCH gave a strong performance in the not unfamiliar role of "Mega Bastard". Pleasing.

We haven't coughed up the money for him just yet, but Conor Chaplin has entered the building with a large wad of cash potentially associated with him. That is noteworthy and the Niis note it as such. But we also lost to Rochdale and that caused some concern and frustration. Sensational football chat once again ensues.

The last week has been bad, then good, then bad but OK, then Blackpool. The Niis work through a bumper week of football and come to some pretty MAJOR conclusions about what the fupp is going on. The Sky Blues bored people against Wimbledon. The Niis try to liven that up, as per. Contains a moment of the week that is actually a thought process.

"OK, it's brilliant that we lost!" Clearly it's not, but it's only the first game so the Niis dig into the game fully aware that it's only the first game. Disclaimer: Neil's mic is fucked  not functioning correctly and we only became aware after it was recorded. Ironically this has happened in the same week he slags off CWR for microphone misuse. Apologies.

After a summer of indulgence and World Cup semi-finals, the Niis are back for a seventh season to run the rule over Cov City's forthcoming League One campaign. What a thrill. Please join us once again for what we hope is a wild ride.

Well, we did it! Hopefully you've not calmed down in the slightest. The Niis are here to celebrate promotion in style with a bumper final pod of the season. The Niis recall victory against Notts County in all its euphoric detail, and swoon over every single player's ability to play well and make us feel absolutely brilliant.
