Nate chats with 2022 Whitney Point alumna, Jane Austenfeld. She was a standout lacrosse player as well as valedictorian for WP. She now plays lax at the Division-II level at LeMoyne College in Syracuse. Jane scored an incredible 93 goals during her senior high school season. She also earned Academic All-American status which is reserved for only a select group of players in NYS.

Nate connects with 2018 Bainbridge-Guilford grad, Megan Palmatier. Meg was a 3-sport standout for the Bobcats and currently plays basketball and softball at SUNY Oneonta. She talks about balancing academics and athletics at the college level. Meg is a member of the 1,000 point club at B-G and helped her basketball team win four straight MAC league titles.

Nate talks with longtime and now retired Edmeston baseball coach, Ron Tasior. He led the Panthers program to a state title in 2005 and had a career record of 318-83. His Tri-Valley mark was 161-33 including nine league titles. His team went an incredible 50-1 during a two season span in 2004 and 2005. A remarkable person who has a true love for the game.

Nate sits down with longtime Oneonta coach, Jerry Mackey, and his son, Yellowjackets standout, Carter Mackey. Jerry makes his second appearance on the show to discuss all things OHS. Carter just graduated and is heading to Castleton University in Vermont to play basketball and join the track team.

Nate welcomes Sidney grad, Tyler McKee to the show. He was a fantastic baseball catcher for the Warriors and enlisted in the US Army after his high school graduation. Tyler quickly earned his dream position as a Sentinel at The Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. Hear about his journey and the meticulous detail it takes to do the job.

Nate welcomes Oneonta legends, Josh Brown and Quame Patterson, to the show. These best friends look back on their successful athletic careers at OHS and tell us why their close bond has lasted all these years. Nate chats with Norwich Girls Flag Football Coach, Tom Rose. This was the first season of flag football across Section IV and New York State. NYSPHSAA partnered with Nike, as well as, the NY Giants, NY Jets and Buffalo Bills from the NFL to help kickstart this program. He is an Oneonta High School grad and is currently the Hitting Coach and Recruiting Coordinator for the nationally ranked HCCC Generals. He has helped many local players take the step to the next level and gives fantastic recruiting advice in this episode.

Nate talks with Oneonta High School senior, Ang McGraw. She is a standout for the OHS basketball team and her career numbers put her among some of the best to ever play for the Jackets. Ang is also extremely dedicated to the sport of dance and spends many hours practicing each week. She is a very private and quiet person who went out of her comfort zone to come on the show.

Nate welcomes G-MU senior, Payton Talbot to the show. Payton has made a big name for himself on the dirt track racing circuit. He is one of the best young drivers on the east coast and is known for keeping cool under pressure. He is also a member of the G-MU Clay Raiders target club.

Nate catches up with West Canada Valley Boys Basketball Coach, David Smith. WCV plays in Section III, but Coach Smith's roots are in Section IV. David is a Delaware Academy grad and has coached at several programs locally. His team just won a Class-C title in Section III and he has gone 86-19 over his first five seasons with the Indians.

Nate sits down with Delaware Academy grad, Ben Arehart. He is now a senior at Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Ben is an outstanding high jumper for the track and field program. He has earned All-American honors and has performed well at several NCAA championships. The guys also discuss his strong athletic career at DA.

Nate connects with Franklin senior, Matt Serrao. He is a 3-sport athlete playing soccer, basketball and baseball for FCS. Matt recently hit 1,000 career points in basketball and helped his soccer team win a TVL championship this past fall. He also talks about how he spends a lot of his academic and athletic time over the hill at Unatego. 

Nate welcomes back Walton grad, Dylan Jacob, to the podcast. He just completed his sophomore season playing for the Elmira College Men's Basketball team. He appeared in all 25 games this season for the Soaring Eagles. The guys discuss Dylan's transition to the college game as well as a wide variety of local high school sports topics.
