It's the penultimalte episode! Brandon continues his defense of Greg. It isn't going bad but, it isn't going great either. Who will get called on the last day of the trial? Will Brandon get Greg off? Who knows.

The trial of Johnny Greg Treehut begins, and Brandon is up against Hugh Jaspalls. Will Brandon mess everything up or will he surprise evereyone!?

Brandon begins to lose his mind getting ready for Gregs trial. Going over notes and case files and evidence, he knows he's going to screw it all up.

Brandon talks to Barry McCokner the he and Ralph head to the Derlin County Country Club to look for Molly's missing golf club.

Brandon confronts his dad and Greg about their relationships not only with each other but, also with Missy and why they've been lying to him...... or have they?

Brandon listens to a message from the tip-line he set up and, Brandon also receives a call from Missy's best friend Brittney.

Brandon and Ralph pour over their notes on Missys case, looking for anything that could help Greg. The guys stumble across some very unsettling realizations.

Detectives Callahan and Mitchell pull Brandon into the Sheriff station to ask him questions. They also have some surprise evidence to show him.

On her way to work Ashley drives past Investi-Gators only to realize Brandon stole her idea and reopened without her. She decides to then take matters into her own hands.

Ralph contacts Brandon with a piece of evidence that may be just what they need for Greg's case. Will they be able to decipher it though?

Brandon heads to the Derlin County mall to talk to some of Missy's former co-workers at...... Veronicas Confidential. 

Brandon hires a tracker/survivalist to help him track Gregs movement at the crime scene. To see if he could have in fact circled back to commit the murder.

Brandon calls prominent defense attorney Hugh Jasspalls for advice on how to proceed with Gregs case. More witnesses come forward with theories.

Trying to figure out what exactly the police and news have on Missys' murder, Greg and Brandon decide to turn on "How You Doin' Derlin?" on the radio, to see if they were talking about the crime and........ Oh boy!

Brandon heads back to the crime scene to talk to CSI and figure out exactly what the Derlin County sheriffs know. Greg panics and is worried he's about to be arrested for a crime he didn't commit.

As Brandon gets prepared to start his new job, his dads house is in total disarray. As Brandon tries to navigate his way through the mess he gets a very untimely and tragic surprise

Brandon and Greg attend Kyles wedding. But the good times are quickly dashed when something ominous goes down.

In the anti-climactic season finale, Brandon must come to terms with the choice he has made and, how exactly will he deal with the loss of a friend?

Brandon and Ralph confront the killer but, is it exactly what the killer wanted? Brandon is tasked with the most difficult decision he's ever had to make.

A friend calls in with a story that may just help Brandon get to the bottom of everything.

Brandon and Matt call a familiar friend to verify what they've learned, then potentially call the killer. Brandon reaches out to Greg to let him know what's going on with the case.

With Kyle and Brandon officially back on the case, the guys decide to split up and attack it from different angles. Brandon goes to Ted's hotel room to look through his notes and, Kyle..... well he's supposed to look for witnesses.

The killer contacts Brandon and details his plan. Brandon and Kyle are apprehended by the F.B.I. and interrogated.
