29-year old Tyson Rettie was a heli-ski guide until he was stricken by a rare form of Lebers Optic Neuropathy last year -- ultimately losing his sight. Instead of letting the disease get the best of him, he's started a non-profit group to help introduce other blind people to experience back country skiing.
