Christmas should be celebrated every day, all year long to help us live every day in the reality of Jesus Christ. We should celebrate daily the Lord's gift of Savation by living a life that's focused on Him.

We are created and called to worship Jesus. Worship is an act that nurtures our feelings for God. Come to church ready to worship!

We come to church for meaningful worship. Jesus is worthy of our worship because He is God. We are created and called to worship Jesus.

In this teaching on Mary's Song found in the book of Luke, we see how we joyfully worship Jesus at Christmas because we experience the person and work of God through Christ's coming.

God chooses to use people to reach other people with the message of salvation.

Jonah didn't understand God's boundless mercy and grace. How we can experience and share God's merciful grace.

Do we struggle to share our faith because we don't know how? Maybe. For Jonah, the struggle came from apathy.

God uses and chooses people to reveal himself to others. Reminds us that God is faithful even when we are not.

Aproach the election with faith, hope and love. Pray for and seek the good. Speak and advocate for truth.

What voting is and what it is not. It is our power to pick the best way forward.

Political engagement through a biblical lens. How should Christians engage in politics? Why should Christians engage in politics?

Following Jesus in a politically polarized moment. Who we are in identity politics? Who we are in relationship to the country.? Why are we here? How do we live?

In this election season, this sermon series seeks to expand our understanding of God’s vision for politics and how Christians should engage with them.

Jesus has reached the end of His Sermon on the Mount. In the spriit of obedience, He admonished us to be more than hearers of his message, but to be doers of the things He has taught....obedience is the emphasis.

In this part of the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus teaches how we should relate to one another...the "Golden Rule" and the decisions we make regarding our relationship with Him and what it looks like to live-out and live-in the Kingdom of God.

This episode helps us to understand why it is important to persist in prayer...how God views our prayers and how prayer prepares us for God's answer.

In this part of the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus teaches that our own sin disqualifies us from taking on God's role in judging others. To avoid hypocrisy, we must remove the log (sin) from our own eye before judging the speck (sin) in another's eye.

Recognizing and knowing that faith in the nature of God is the antidote to our anxiety. Anxiety is actually a sympton of a deeper issue. We are anxious because of a failure of faith...not believing in the character of God.

Jesus teaches about wealth more than any other topic...approximately 15%-25% of His teachings fall into the categories of money, wealth and possessions. This sermon asks the question: Do you have an eternal vision for your wealth? And, it provides the framework for the eternal implications for how that we use and think about wealth, possessions and money..

Prayer is the most foundational expression of spirituality. Make space in your day to call out to God. Pray with others..."when two or three are gathered in His name".

Intentionally pursue things that feed your soul. 1. Don't neglect your soul; 2. Pursue an inner life of tntimacy with our Heavenly ?Father; 3. Live for eternity.

Why we should love those who don't care about us and the power of what it looks like to love your enemies.

How do you respond when wronged? Do not retaliate. Repay evil with good...resulting in the retention of your dignity; the cycle of retaliation and hate is broken; you're exposing the offender to remorse; you shine a bright light on the beauty of what Jesus has done for us.

Jesus continues his teaching from the Sermon on the Mount by emphasizing that the difference between sin and righteousness begins in the heart, not just by following rules. Our communication with God (vertically) and in our earthly relationships (horizontally) should be honest and truthful.

How does God want us to live out his teachings around Marriage and Divorce...specifically...what makes a marriage, what breaks a marriage and the rold of grace in both marriage and divorce.
