As Jude calls the church to deal with the intruders who are promoting evil in the church, Jude now reminds Christians that God’s judgment against evil is coming.

Only Jesus can change your life. You become a new creation when you trust your life to Him. All things become new. 

As we continue our series through the letter of Jude, verses 8-10 bring Jude’s indictment against the intruders.  These charges are instructive for us today.

John 1:1-3 - John’s gospel tells us that Jesus is God and the Creator of the universe. How should we respond to that this Christmas?

As we continue our series through the book of Jude, Jude 6-7 reminds us that God judges rebellion.

In Jude 5-7, Jude cites three Old Testament examples to remind us that God judges rebellion against Him.

Jude calls Christians to contend for the truth from people who would twist it.

There was a letter Jude wanted to write, but didn’t – a letter about salvation.  Today we look at what salvation is in order to have the right background for the letter Jude actually did write.

This week we kick off our new expository series through the book of Jude.  In Jude’s introduction we are challenged to ask ourselves, what is our identity?

Today we look back over our journey through Paul’s letter to the Philippians.  We end our journey finding special encouragement in Paul’s closing words.

As Paul comes to the end of his letter to the Philippians, his words of encouragement and grateful appreciation can also teach us about what giving and missionary partnerships should look like in the local church.

In Philippians 4:10-13, Paul reveals the secret to making it through whatever comes your way in life.

In Philippians 3:17-4:1, Paul reminds us of the ultimate realities of heaven and hell and exhorts us how to live between now and eternity.

Paul reminds us today of the calling we have received, the race to be run, and the prize that awaits.

In today's passage in Philippians, Paul gives his goal and it's a goal we are all challenged to make it our own.

There was a time when Paul could have put his confidence in his religious devotion.  But he came to see that as loss, and what was gain was knowing Christ.  And in Christ, Paul found a righteousness that was not his own but that was a gift from God, received by faith.  That same righteousness will be ours if we receive it by faith.

As we move into chapter 3, Paul gives us a delightful command to obey and then a warning to heed.

In Philippians 2:19-30, Paul updates the church in Philippi while at the same time giving two examples to follow.

As we conclude this section of Philippians, we look back on where we have been and end on a surprising call to joy.

In light of the sacrifice of Jesus, Paul gives us a straightforward command that is vital to our spiritual growth and gospel proclamation

In Philippians 2:12, Paul tells us to “work out your own salvation with fear and trembling” (ESV). What does that mean?  What valuable truths and applications can we from Phil 2:12-13 to help us grow in obedience to Jesus?

Philippians 2:1-11 is an incredible passage that reflects on how Christ humbled himself in order to rescue us, becoming a servant and even dying a horrible death  for us .  We are now called to have the same attitude of self-sacrifice for the good of others.  This humble attitude is crucial to unity.
