Lets talk about some of the challenges of servant leadership. or just leadership in general. the sacrifice we feel. but is it a sacrifice or are we able to use that to truly appreciate the freedom, beliefs, and everything we give? It seems fitting that we discuss this on Americas Memorial Day as we honor the sacrifice of our sisters and brothers in arms. 

What a great opportunity to wrap up the basics of Servant Leadership. I got a chance to review the characteristics with some PHENOMENAL leaders and they taught me a ton I get to share. Also lets talk about the biggest paradoxes and misconceptions of Servant Leadership to wrap this up!

Generations dont matter when it comes to some basic human desires. And servant leadership recognizes that as not just an opportunity, but a need for leaders to incorporate. so lets explore this characteristic together to wrap up the 12 characteristics of Servant Leadership.
