It’s that time of year again for Martin and a random Canadian (read: Liz Hersey) to preview the Academy Awards. In this epic 3-hour-ish juggernaut of audio bliss, Martin and Liz discuss the 2020 Oscar nominees and give their predictions for who will win in all the major categories (hint: if you like money, bet on our picks).

Bruce A. Smith, author of Fun with Stuff and The Path of Reason: A Philosophy of Nonbelief is Martin’s guest. Martin and Bruce go on a tour of three different escape rooms (i.e., murder rooms) in Houston, Texas, then give their thoughts on the experience.

In this very special cross-over episode, Martin hangs out with the hosts of the hilarious podcast Well…That Was Weird.

Ben Eads is the author of Hollow Heart, a terrifying horror novella about an an aberration known as The Architect. In this episode, Martin and Ben enjoy a lively chat about writing and publishing horror.

Martin chats with award-winning author, Henry Mosquera. Henry talks about his experience growing up in Caracas, Venezuela, as well as his decision to immigrate to America and how that led him to his career as an author.
